MENUS:
We feature
a different special menu each month. This menu uses ingredients
grown in our local region. We utilize these ingredients at
the peak of their freshness to give you a varied menu. Our
head chefs create these menus using their many years of culinary
skills and experience to offer exciting and alternative entrees.
Our specialties include Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Fettuccine
Del Mar, Oven Roasted Prime Rib and Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
Chicken. We were voted “Best Brunch” and “Best Business Lunch”
in the Stockton Record’s Reader’s Choice 2001 awards and “Best
Brunch” and “Best Chef” in the Modesto Bee Reader’s Choice
2001 awards.
Modesto Mallard’s
features a wood-burning brick oven. This unique oven adds
a distinctive smoky flavor to our gourmet pizzas, calzones
and appetizers. Try any one of our specialties such as our
hardwood grilled vegetable pizza, quesadillas, bruschetta
or oysters Rockefeller. We also feature fresh desserts such
as apple pizza or crème brulee.
Stockton
Mallard’s has an oyster bar which features fresh oysters on
the half shell, oyster shots and our famous oysters Rockefeller.
We also
offer a special Supper Club menu with reduced prices from
4:00 to 6:00 Monday through Saturday and 2:00 to 6:00 on Sunday.
Entrees include your choice of tossed green salad or soup
and seniors receive complimentary coffee or tea. Prices range
from $9.99 to $11.99 with items such as pot roast, liver and
onions, filet of sole dore and ginger chicken stir fry to
name a few. Try our express lunch which features a different
chef’s special every day for only $10.50 served Monday through
Friday 11:00 to 4:00.
Join us for our
award winning Sunday Champagne Brunch served every Sunday
from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy freshly made omelets and crepes,
carved meats, seafood including prawns, crab legs and smoked
salmon, many fresh salads and fruits and, of course, many
fabulous desserts. Treat yourself and your family to Mallard’s
